Registering or Changing Meeting Information

Please complete the Al-Anon Registration/Group Records Change Form when you want to register a new Al-Anon meeting, disband (close) a meeting, or whenever there is any change in your group information. NOTE: Alateen group changes must be completed on an Alateen Registration/Group Records Change form.

A copy of these forms also needs to be sent to your District Representative and local Al-Anon Information Service/Intergroup.
