Assemblies can be attended by any interested member, though it is the Group Representatives, District Representatives, Coordinators, and Officers responsibility to attend the Assemblies which meet three times per year on the 3rd Saturdays in January, May, and September.

Group Representatives are the ones who vote for their group. If you don’t attend, your group doesn’t get a voice in Area decisions that will affect every group.
