Contact information, including name(s) and/or phone number(s), can be posted. For such requests, the person(s) whose name/phone is to appear must sign the form to designate their approval. If no name or phone number is to be included in the listing, the form can be signed by any representative of the event. NEW!! The event listing can also have a clickable link to a flier! You still submit the event listing as you normally would, but the flier itself should be attached to an email sent to the Events Coordinator with the email subject line "NIAFG xxxx". We accept event fliers as MS Word or Adobe pdf documents only. Also, keep in mind that home computers normally handle only 8 1/2" by 11" paper, so the fliers should be in that format. They can be multiple pages. A printed copy of the Events Form is also available in AIMS, the Northern Illinois Family Groups newsletter. AIMS is a monthly publication sent free to all Al-Anon/Alateen groups in the Northern Illinois Area. Members can obtain a personal subscription by using the subscription form in each copy of the newsletter. Current events are also published in AIMS. To post an event in AIMS, please contact the AIMS editor. Return to Top of Page |
